Terms and Conditions
You must have completed a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment and have had no reaction. 

You must be aged 18 and over for all treatments.
If you are prone to coldsores and booked in for a lip procedure, you can help prevent the onset by using cold sore treatments for 3 days prior, if you are medically suitable.

Whilst pregnant or breast feeding, it is not possible to have permanent make up applied. It is advisable to wait 6 weeks post pregnancy before treatment.

If you wear contact lenses, these must be removed prior to eyeliner treatments and cannot be worn for 7 days post treatment. Please come prepared with your glasses if applicable.

Please arrange transport post eyeliner treatments, to avoid driving.

You must inform us if you have had any previous permanent/semi-permanent make up or microblading done elsewhere. Full prices will be applicable if you have been treated initially by a different artist. It will be deemed as a new treatment and photographs are essential before your visit.

Please allow at least a week post treatment before holidays and special occasions as treatments are more intense and need to heal. 

Suntanned skin can be more sensitive, so avoid sun exposure on the relevant areas 30 days prior and post treatment.

You must allow at least 2 weeks in between having botox and your permanent make up eyebrow treatments.

You must allow at least 4 weeks in between having fillers and your permanent make up lip treatments.

Medical grade peels affect the skin and you may not be suitable for permanent make up procedures. 

False lashes must be removed prior to eyeliner treatments. 

You are not suitable for permanent make up procedures if you have been taking roaccutane or similar medication.

You may not suitable for permanent make up procedures if you have been taking blood thinning medication.

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your treatment.

If you have any medical conditions that may prevent you from having any permanent make up treatments, please seek advice from your doctor.

The technician has the right to refuse treatment at any time.

Any changes in the technicians health or wellbeing can cause appointments to be postponed. This can happen at any time and may include a delay between treatment sessions. Deposits will then be transferred only and not refunded.

I understand refunds will not be given prior or post procedure.

You must complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to arriving for your appointment.

Due to COVID-19 appointments can be postponed at any time. Deposits will still be non-refundable but they will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Due to the risk of COVID-19, the technician has the right to stop working at any point. Appointments may be cancelled and deposits only transferred and not refunded.

There must be over 2 weeks left between your treatment and your COVID vaccine. 

Wearing a mask after having a lip procedure isn't advised for the first few days, so please plan ahead.

 

Failure to follow the above guidelines can result in refusal of treatment and loss of deposit.
