Understandably, my clients frequently ask me similar kinds of questions about permanent make up. Here's just a few of the most popular with my responses.

How long does it take?

Please allow roughly two hours for your initial procedure and one and a half for your follow up procedure.

Colour boosting sessions can take up to two hours.

Should I bring my brow pencil or lipstick?

Yes, bring your makeup along if you'd like to discuss the shade you use daily.

Is it expensive?

Compared to the long lasting effects, the cost of the treatment is minimal compared to the regular costs of buying conventional make up.

 

The cost of treatment should not be the top priority when choosing a technician.

 

Make sure you're happy with their portfolio, quality of work and attention to detail.

How long does it last?

The ink lasts roughly two to five years in the skin, depending on the individual and factors such as sun exposure and facial peels.

It is advised to get a colour boosting session at around 12 to 18 months. 

How does it look healing?

Treatments will look more intense, stronger in colour, and possibly slightly swollen (depending on the treatment) for a few days following your procedure.

 

Everybody will heal differently, however, here's a rough guideline of a healing journey.

Does it hurt?

Most clients feel no discomfort, just a slight scratching sensation during the outline.

Pain control is key and the majority of my clients leave relaxed...and enjoyed the lie down!
